BRIEF SUMMARY

Aggressive, destructive and disruptive behaviours are relatively common in people with intellectual disabilities and that represent one of the main obstacles for their integration. This research conclude: all patients who performed guided meditation experienced improvements after six weeks, confirming the benefits of this practice in reducing symptoms related to stress and anxiety.
